How to Place an Order
Simply email me at mybeadingheart06@aol.com with the
item numbers and quantity.  I will then send a paypal
invoice to you including tax (if applicable) shipping, and
insurance.  Simply follow the directions on the paypal
account.  When I have received confirmation from paypal I
will ship the item and notify you of the shipping date.
(Remember,you do not have to have a paypal account to use
paypal.  You can also use a credit card if you prefer.)
**All Michigan residents must pay 6% tax.
After paypal has cleared item will be shipped within 5 business days.
RETURN POLICY:  No cash refunds.  
You may exchange an item or receive
credit by notifying me within 7 days
of purchase (item must be returned in  
original, unworn condition).
I guarantee all my work for 90 from
date of purchase to be repaired or
replaced  at my discretion.   After 90
days, repair is available for the cost of
labor, shipping and replacement parts.
There are no returns on Custom orders.
Gift Certificates are available starting at $10.00.  
Gift certificates are available starting at $10.00.  Gift certificates may not be used for
custom designs or special orders, only on in stock items.  The gift certificate is good for one
year from the date it was issued.

All custom orders require a 50% nonrefundable deposit.  
There are no returns on custom orders.  You will be
provided with a picture of final product for approval before
shipping.
